    On Tuesday, I placed an order for delivery at 7:42pm. I continuously checked my door to see if my order was dropped off, it wasn’t. At 8:22pm, I called the store to see where my order was & the manager insisted it was dropped off. I kept explaining that it wasn’t at my door & she had the nerve to ask me “well did you get up off your couch and go look at the door for it.” First off, that was very rude. If I’m telling you my order is not at my door.. why would you ask that? I then asked for the food to be re-made because someone else in my complex got my order & I do not want to eat food that has been tampered with by someone else. She told me “I will not because my kitchen is closed.” Again, this was at 8:22pm.. the store closes at 10:00pm. I was getting frustrated because I constantly kept repeating myself, so I let my sister on the call. My sister asked to speak to the manager & the girl on the phone says “I am the manager.” The way the “manager” was talking to my sister was extremely rude & unprofessional. My sister asked for her name & she said “I will not give you my name, I’m not allowed to give that information out over the phone.” (Two of my sisters have worked for Jimmy John’s in the past, they had no problem giving out their name). My sister again tries to ask for the order to be re-made and the manager keeps talking over her & will not let her finish. My sister recommends manager courses because her customer service is poor, & she laughs about it & hangs up the phone on my sister. My brother & sister then walk over to the other complex and the food was at the wrong door the entire time, which is what we were trying to tell the manager the whole time. (Thank God the food wasn’t tampered with because the people weren’t home). I have no idea what that young lady’s name is that works the night shift, but she is extremely unprofessional & rude. So yes, she needs management courses on how to speak to people. I will not come back to this location, I’ll go somewhere else.

    *****UPDATE****** STILL NO ONE HAS REACHED OUT! VERY PROFESSIONAL! I guess "The customer is always right" just doesn't exist anymore. I went into this particular establishment to order a giant Italian sub. I asked for the sub to be cut in half and toast 1 half. The cashier told me no but could not give me a logical reason. The manager overheard and repeated the same as the cashier. I then asked if I could have a logical reason as to why not? I said " If I purchased 2 reg subs it could be done?" The answer was yes. Now I'm asking why not with the giant. They said it's not the same sandwich. I replied it literally is. Next they told me because it's a different sandwich. Again, it's not. I continue to ask for a logical explanation that makes sense. I received none. I finally said. You refuse to do it because you want me to pay more for the 2 reg subs. I got no answer. Finally the person who I believe said he was the GM offered to do it for me this 1 time. The so-called manager starts to make my sandwich with an ATTITUDE! She slams the bread down and slings the mayo. I am not exaggerating. They will NEVER get my business again. Horrible customer service. ****UPDATE! STILL NO ONE HAS REACHED OUT********

    i’ve been here twice in the past year and both times i’ve gotten food poisoning. 🙃 at this point i’m done w jimmy john’s all together

    Every time I come to this location after placing an online order I am always told I have to wait “5” minutes for my order to be completed. Today I went after placing my order and waited 15 minutes before going to the drive thru because I knew it wouldn’t be ready, when I got to the drive thru I was told to pull into the parking lot to the right and wait about 5 minutes because the order just came through, I had to wait an additional 15 minutes and when I went to the window, I was given the wrong order and had to wait additional time, it seems like to me they aren’t actually working while working the drive thru. I shouldn’t have to wait half an hour for 4 sandwiches, that’s ridiculous. I am actually quite patient but each time I come here it is always an issue.
