- COCamille OliverSep 29, 20251.0my total was 13$ and some change and when the total processed with my bank the total changed to 41$ they went in changed the amount and never returned any messages trying to fix the issue as anyone who runs a professional business should given they have thieves that work there just wonder how many other people they have done this too no refund no nothing lies for over a month about a check for the full amount that was never received

- MWMichael WestFeb 28, 20251.0Was served a warm smoothie that was watered down and the employee said he needed approval to remake it but stated that the manager was not there and to walk to the other end of the mall to auntie Annie’s to get our own approval most ridiculous thing I’ve ever heard of. The manager wasn’t at the other location and we were told by their employees that the manager was back at the other location where Jamba Juice was. My thing is why can’t they just remake the obvious smoothie that was warm and melted and watery and tasteless. Finally the we located the manager and he hastily agreed to remake the smoothie.
