The atmosphere is clean and casual, and what really makes this location shine is the outstanding staff. They’re friendly, attentive, and always provide excellent customer service, which goes a long way in making the experience enjoyable. The food itself is solid, but not exceptional across the board. My wife enjoys the burgers, but I wish Five Guys offered a plain bun option instead of only sesame seed buns. Since I don’t eat sesame seeds, I usually find myself ordering a hotdog. The hotdogs are okay, but not the best I’ve had. Where they absolutely shine is with the fries—some of the best I have ever eaten. Crispy, fresh, and perfectly seasoned, they’re worth the trip all on their own. My other suggestion would be for Five Guys to introduce a rewards program, like many other fast-food and quick-service restaurants already offer. That would keep regulars coming back even more.
