I went inside the restaurant maybe a minute after I placed the order and I waited. And waited. After seeing all the people who placed their orders inside get their stuff, and waiting 13 minutes I asked one of the staff for an update on my order. I gave her my name and my order had been ready and was sitting on the counter but no one announced the order number, my name, anything. The other people who picked up their food had their names or order numbers called out. Is that not the process for picking up food? They call your name/order and that’s how you know it’s ready? Then when I tried to talk to the staff about my order never being called out THEY WOULD NOT EVEN LOOK AT ME. They all dismissed me completely. Just asking “Was there anything else in your order?” No apology, no acknowledgement, nothing. I’m very disappointed in the service i received today. I know this place can and SHOULD do better.
