- TSTyesha ST.ClairDec 27, 20251.0I visited this location twice within 2 weeks and the service was HORRIBLE!! I ordered a plan bagel toasted with butter. The bagel wasn't toasted the butter was thrown on not spread nor melted,I received a refund. On 12/27/25 I went back for black coffee with 6 liquid cane sugars no sugar was added to my coffee and again I ordered the same type of bagel and the bagel wasn’t toast and the butter was thrown on the bagel. When I told the manager I wanted a refund her exact words to the employees were “what are y’all doing back there with all of these refunds”, keep in mind it was only 10am!

It was my first time using the Dunkin’ Donuts app- when I arrived at the speaker I told The cashier that I had a pick up order she asked me the name. I told her and she told me come on around Samantha. I like that she used my first name when I got to the window. The cashier was very upbeat and bubbly, and although my dog was barking ferociously she didn’t seem offended. She handed me my order. She was very nice. (She had natural hair that was in twist-I didn’t get her name) The food was hot and fresh. I ordered a bacon egg and cheese croissant, the bacon is sweet and really good and filling. I ordered some donut holes as well as a Matcha, everything was made to perfection. I am super satisfied with my experience at the drive-through as well as with my order. I will visit Dunkin’ Donuts more often!

- LWL WilsonOct 23, 20251.02nd day of no frozen options. Not to mention the cinnamon rolls or anything made like that isn't done in the middle. The breakfast sandwiches are heated too long to even enjoy it immediately (hot and soggy)
