The bagel wasn't toasted the butter was thrown on not spread nor melted,I received a refund. On 12/27/25 I went back for black coffee with 6 liquid cane sugars no sugar was added to my coffee and again I ordered the same type of bagel and the bagel wasn’t toast and the butter was thrown on the bagel. When I told the manager I wanted a refund her exact words to the employees were “what are y’all doing back there with all of these refunds”, keep in mind it was only 10am!
