At least 5 times, before I had to ask my daughter to come in. Then the manager said, is that the long name. Nothing has changed. The girl said, she don’t understand my accent. Repeatedly. Name has no accent. Place was trashy and so the employees. No wonder this place has 3 stars. If you are from different nationality just spend your money somewhere else. They clearly discriminate and make it OBVIOUS.

If you’re in the area I recommend hylas lane location.

Waited a moment because I had a question, then noticed the self service kiosk. Started entering my order. A lady walked in behind me and was immediately greeted and asked what could they get for her. I initially thought she was asking me. Realized my mistake......decided my business wasn't wanted or valued so I walked out.

None of the employees greeted any customers and one girl in particular was extremely rude. She acted as if she could have still been in bed verses at work. The only pleasant person was the store manager. Ms. Deedee. This experience made it clear to me to NOT return to this location.
