There is something crazy happening here tonight. Estimated time was 30 minutes. We ordered, came to pick it up after 1 hour, got update that order will be ready in 45 minutes. Isn't it crazy? We have been visiting that place for 6 years as family night tradition but starting seriously thinking to choose some other vendor.

I prefer giving positive shout outs but I’ve been sitting on this experience for a few days and my concerns have not dissipated. In the evenings, this location never matches the app estimate. I don’t think they can control that so I am pretty understanding about that, but if I am trying to coordinate things, I will call and ask for a more accurate timeframe. Most of the time, the people working there are pretty nice. There is a lady who is particularly good and a man that is particularly good (and literally never stops moving) but there are a few that are particularly poor. This is one of those guys. (I won’t mention names.) On Wednesday night I ordered through the app. My pick up estimate was 7:07-7:17. I called the store to confirm because this store never matches the estimate. They said 725-745. That might I really didn’t have the flexibility for that wide a gap of uncertainty so I called back about 5 minutes later to change to delivery and he told me they go in order of when they were placed it would put 20 orders ahead of mine so I told him never mind, keep it for pick up. When I got there at 7:50, it wasn’t ready. The monitor said there was one order ahead of mine and it would be 1-5 minutes. After about 5 minutes I asked if it was close and I heard him ask about order 988 they said 10 minutes. I saw on the employee screen it looked like I was either next or the one after. I don’t know their system, but I knew my order number now. I watched as the worker made one after another from the delivery screen and ignored mine. After watching him do 8 orders (8!) as I patiently waited with many very upset customers, I finally asked what the system was, because I had watched so many orders go ahead of mine and it appeared he was doing delivery first in spite of what I was told on the phone. I told him that I had called and been told conflicting information and he literally just stood there starting at me. I asked him again to help me understand because it doesn’t seem to be fair or what they said and he then said he goes between the two screens when they get off balances. I told him that since I had been there, he hadn’t done any from “this” screen of pick up orders with 14 orders but had only done delivery orders, pretty much as soon as they popped up, never letting it get more than 4 while all of us waited. I watched him tell everyone coming in the same 15-20 minute estimate no matter where they were on the list. He told two different men who were more vocal than me that he would do theirs “quicker.” I interpreted that to mean some kind of special treatment or urgency that all of us women waiting would receive.
This is the part that I couldn’t believe: Each time someone came in and was all upset that the wait was so long or so different from what they were told, another woman who was also waiting, would kind of glance over and we would kind of raise eyebrows or uncomfortable grimace at each other.
After about 20 minutes, the person who had driven 45 minutes to have a meeting at my work called asking how much longer I would be. I stepped out to take the call and when I came back in, the other customer, the lady I had been waiting with was in the back MAKING HER OWN PIZZA! When she left I asked if she worked there and she shook her head and said, “I could just see they needed some help.”
So there it is. If you want your pizza from this manager, either have it delivered, be a man who is rude and demanding or just go make it yourself.
I asked for the contact information for this location and they wouldn’t give it to me. They told me to go to the website. I went to the website where they claim to want to hear about your concern but after 1000 characters, they don’t want to hear anymore. I didn’t want to be so public but I felt like I couldn’t find another way.
Btw: I finally got my medium cheese pizza, medium pepperoni pizza and Parmesan bites an HOUR and ten minutes after the LATEST time in the range they said it would be ready.

Arrived at the estimated time, and the food wasn’t ready. The inside board said 25 minutes before it would be ready. No one even greeted me, and I stood there for about 3- 5 minutes. I left and am about to go back to the grab the one pizza I ordered. Hoping the food is ready now.
We have been ordering from this place since 10-12 years. In the last several months, the service has gone down. All these times we have let it go because hey, maybe they just got busy, you know. But today, I’ve got to say something, as this is getting ridiculous. Makes me want to stop ordering here.
