  This will be the last time I order from here. We will go back and pay the inflated prices at Marcos. This is the second time that I have ordered and it has taken over an hour for my order to even be made. Never used to have this problem, delivery used to be fast but now I order online and then an hour later I am informed that my order is being made and almost another 30 minutes for it to be delivered. I don’t know if this is bad management or what. We order from here for convenience and an hour and half is not convenient. When you call the store to find out what is going on and on the chance that you get lucky that someone answers they give short answers and aren’t very helpful. So we won’t be ordering again.

  Delivery placed at 9.28PM, they did not even started preparing the order, when i call , they said you order in oven and will be delivered in 20 minutes, when i called after 20 minutes, they said it is still being prepared and they said we will cancel if you want, and also said they are busy, why in first place they have accept the order and make people waiting, with out even starting the order?

  This place used to be so good. Not sure what’s happened. Last few times, our orders have been extremely late (more than an hour). The tracker shows pick up time and when you arrive at the store, they haven’t even started on the order. So so so bad !!!!! I don’t recommend anyone to come here.

  One of the worst Domino’s locations i’ve personally been too in the past. Tonight my buddy just ordered us a pizza from here and it is a 7 minute drive from the location to the delivery address. The estimated wait time thru the app was 14-29 minutes. We placed the order at 10:27pm & the pizza did not arrive until 11:43pm. Food was not even HOT! … Not the end of the world but when calling in to the location to get an update around 11pm the operator that answered the phone was not helpful and was very rude. Didn’t seem to care about his job or the customers. Gave a short dry answer saying it’ll be another 30 minutes with no apology or good reason for the delay. 0/10 not worth the hassle to get your food. Stay Away from this location - There are a couple better locations nearby but may have to drive to pickup!

  Ordered at 10:27 expected time 14-29 mins didn’t even get here till just now 11:37 after the expected eta… Also Unbelievable experience, worst service ever man. I’m usually very calm minded and patient with people but man when I called and sounded like I was in the wrong for calling about my order that is 30min late not even prepped yea I got annoyed. Their service and communication was terrible. Wait time was terrible I usually like this spot but man reputation keeps getting worse with the service that is being provided. How does one call being genuine on an order and the receiving end who’s making the order gives attitude… makes me not trust who’s making the food and who’s delivering it. Like crazy….
