I went in to pick up an order that I made online, I arrived an hour later (after the app told me it had been ready for 15 mins by the time I arrived) but I couldn't get anyone to come to the front so I could get my order. It was like a group of zombies back there! So rude and unprofessional! There were customers screaming at me for complaining because I couldn't get an employee to help me and the cooks screamed at the unruly customers to get them to stop screaming at me. It was a horrible and terrible experience. Go watch your cameras on Friday night Nov 15 2025 about 7:30-8pm and you will see what happened. We won't be back and I'm thinking about pursuing further action for the threats made to me from the two women customers that were screaming. They also screamed at others inside the store waiting for food.

Following that, my husband asked me to call the store to report the issue. When I called, the person who answered the phone was extremely rude and told me to “speak in English.” This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. I was shocked and deeply disappointed by the lack of respect shown by your employee.

When I called (numerous times) to to make the old management aware of the issue they were either never there or busy and would not come to the phone... I understand this store has a new manager, Andrew and it appears he has turned this store around. Hope it stays this way because it was not good at all with the prior management.
