- KKKaitlynNov 13, 20251.0the absolute worse service i have ever experienced from any restaurant of any kind. placed an order containing 3 relatively simple items and waited an hour and a half for it, when the estimated pickup time was only 30 minutes. inside the store the estimated pickup time was "4 minutes" for 20 minutes. they would not give any updates about how much longer than the original time it would take either. the people that work here do not know how to run/manage a store whatsoever. additionally, the past 5-10 times i have visited this location, i placed a carside order, only to have to go in and get it every single time because they refuse to actually follow up on the services they offer. i'm not lazy, and i dont mind having to go inside to pick up an order, but you shouldnt offer a service at all if you aren't going to actually do that service when people choose that option. disappointment after disappointment at this store, i love dominos but will absolutely not ever return to this location.
