  I tried getting my order fixed and got the same nasty snap crackle and pop uncooked rice. This is so nasty and inedible. I'm very disappointed especially since I tried to get it resolved.

  This is the worst Chipotle in Concord and I have decided that I will never go back. I have had MULTIPLE occurrences where they don't have all the ingredients for my bowl. I don't have a complicated order. Also I am a friendly person and i never get a greeting or even a damn smile. I walked in today asked the lady in her 40s(who was probably a manger) how she was doing and all i got back was a "fine." Acting like she absolutely hates her life. Then after my bowl was made I asked if I could get some vinaigrette and she just says "no." Then I asked if they were out and she just shakes her head and mumbles something. So I ask if i could get some from the online order station and she says that those are just for online orders. So I just walked out. If they are going to say no to me then I will say no to purchases from them. She deserves to get fired and they need to hire some friendly staff with the skill set of customer service. This was at 2pm on 11/11/2025 Also, just go to the Moe's next door, much more friendlier people and they always have all the ingredients.

  Such poor service. I asked one of the employees for vinaigrette and the lady shook her head no (so disappointed that i asked for her to do her job) and sat there for 30 seconds then went to get it. Same thing when they were out of Tabasco at the counter, my boyfriend asked for it & she was so mad. He then had to ask for napkins because they were completely out of them, this lady proceeds to say “these people just want everything” (he was speaking to a different employee, not even her when she said this) such poor attitudes. I haven’t been to this chipotle since last year when i found a charm in my food and couldn’t finish it. I’m not even asking for super chipper employees, i get it’s a fast food chain and people aren’t excited to be there, but this woman moved at a snails pace and just wanted to complain about anything and everything. Everyone- if you go to this chipotle, make sure you bring your own napkins and Tabasco, and god forbid DO NOT ask for the vinaigrette.

  I went back to Chipotle last week. The Food was hot, delicious and plentiful. I am definitely going to make a another visit in the future.I had the chicken bowl the on the first visit. The second time I had the Carniasatas burrito the second time. Awesome food. Awesome staff.

  I have visited this location twice and both times were left unpleasurable both times the counter space and behind the kitchen area where a mess food was sitting out everywhere and the meat looked like it had been old because it was dried out. I know that was not up to chipotle standards. The second time I came in was today same scenario very messy very unorganized. The staff is less than pleasant as well. They’re not friendly. They don’t welcome you in. They’re very dry when you speak to them. They do not let you know what things are being charged to you extra until you are at the counter, ready to check out, which is unfair to the customer. The Harrisburg location is much better. Go there if you can avoid this one.
