- JHJames Hill1 day ago1.0This is by far the worst customer service I’ve ever received.. the beans were dry and I asked for new bean she scraped the dry bean into the new container like they were not burnt already.. i ask for a steak burrito and given the smallest amount possible and if you wanted more it would be extra..I asked for extra peppers and onions she gave me literally 2 chopped onion and charged me extra… the worker attitude was horrible and very aggressive..my wife had a digital coupon for guacamole and she argued with her about the size that was displayed.. overall the service was bad and if my wife was not hungry I would have left the food on the counter and walked out…

At the time I was ordering I could see they were out of the meats but still offering them. I got some chips and I will say they had to be the worst, greasy and stale! The lady at the register had the worst attitude! Will not be coming back.

There’s no greeting, no smile, not even a “hey.” When I was getting close to done with my order, I asked her for a side of chips and guacamole before finishing the purchase. The other employee asked the lady, “What’s going on?” and she stated, “Oh, you know, these people are always ordering at the last minute.” I wish I had looked up the reviews before I went to this place, but now I understand why they have such a low rating, and it’s the same concerns. Hopefully Chipotle does something about it.
