  OK, I decided to do takeout. I ordered the classic trio which is supposed to be lasagna, fettuccine Alfredo, and chicken Parm. As you can see when I got home and looked at these pictures. First of all the chicken Parm is burned, the lasagna, I mean I’m holding this with a plastic fork. Meaning that I can literally put this piece of lasagna in my mouth and be done. I spent over $30 for this. It came with a salad, some bread and this fork size piece of lasagna and this cup size of fettuccine and a burnt piece of Parm. Never again!

  I hadn’t eaten at Carrabba’s in a while, and I’m so glad we decided to come back! From the moment we walked in, the teamwork among the staff really stood out. Everyone worked together so smoothly to make sure guests were taken care of. There was a brief wait- the bartenders were friendly and even gave us bread! The drinks were good-presentation was nice A special thank you to our servers, Muhammad and Josiah. They were both attentive, friendly, and made sure everything was perfect throughout our visit. The food was absolutely delicious—everything came out fresh, hot, and full of flavor. It reminded me why Carrabba’s used to be one of my favorite spots. Overall, it was a wonderful experience with great service and great food. We will definitely be back again soon! 🍝✨

  Muhammed was the best server since before Covid. Reese seated us quickly and provided menus while we waited on the rest of our party. Food was excellent and prompt. All seemed to enjoy their jobs! Will be back soon. Other restaurants should take lessons. Muhammed needs to be in management and training other servers. He was truly enjoying his job and his patrons!

  I would like to compliment Austin Mills the manager at Carrabba's Italian Grill at 7900 Lyle's Ln, Concord, NC 28027 I had a problem with my "friends" a few days ago when we went to lunch there. When I asked for the manager to help me resolve the situation, Austin was ready to help me without delay. Thank you Mr. Mills, the word needs more people like you. Sincerely, Connie Bates
