I called the store and informed them what I was missing & was told “I don’t know, I guess bring your receipt and tell the lady in the front.” I explained I live 30 minutes away and wasn’t driving back just for fries after spending over $30. I asked to speak with a manager to make sure it would be handled when I came back, and was told all managers were unavailable. I then asked for his name and was told he didn’t have to give it to me, which means there’s no record that I even called & spoke with anyone.. Horrible customer service. If you’re not going to give customers what they paid for, at least train employees on the proper protocol for missing items instead of guessing. With food prices being so high, this is unacceptable. Definitely check your order before leaving.

Staff was friendly and decently attentive for how busy they were, but sweet tea was incredibly sweet at the bottom of the glass, but unsweetened after a few sips.
