Hemos ido antes y no hemos tenido que pasar por esto el local ni si quiera estaba lleno y eso fue lo que más nos molestó.

I originally placed a to-go order, but when I arrived, the restaurant wasn’t busy, so I asked if we could eat inside. The manager was kind enough to seat us at a table, which I appreciated. Our waitress brought our food and gave us water, but after that, she never returned to check on us. We weren’t given any napkins, and no one came back to ask if we needed refills. I wasn’t even able to order a drink or additional food. She walked past our table several times as if she didn’t see us. Since it was a holiday, I actually planned on leaving her a generous tip, but the lack of service made that difficult. Eventually, I had to ask a different waitress to bring us to-go boxes because ours never came back. I loved BWW, I keep up with my reward points, etc but this experience really makes me not want to ever return.

The food has never disappointed, and the customer service has never disappointed either. I always leave satisfied, knowing I ate a good meal and received great customer service. Overall, it’s always a great experience.
