There were communication problems with my order of an 8 piece box. We don't drink anything that they offer (all sugar) so I wanted to substitute another side to replace what we were not ordering, but that didn't translate for the employee taking my order. The manager was rude and tried to give me a small order of fries when I had asked for the biggest size you have whatever that's called. I had to inspect the bag where she hid them and demand what I had ordered. I will never go back. I will convince my mother to go to KFC.

I recently visited the drive-thru and tried to place my order using their virtual Bojangles assistant, but it wouldn’t take our order no matter how clearly we spoke. When we went to the window to ask if we could order there instead, a middle-aged blonde lady working the window told us we couldn’t and that we had to drive around to the speaker again. That was understandable, but when I asked her how to get the virtual assistant to work, she gave me a look like I was stupid and then abruptly closed the window on us. This kind of customer service is unacceptable and really disappointing. It’s frustrating to encounter such poor treatment when all you want is a simple order. What happened to good service?

The AI ordering in the drive through is absolute garbage. It never understands your order and is terrible at making changes. Since they’re not taking orders, the staff should have more time to make the food better but it still wasn’t good. I would avoid stopping here if you can help it.
Edit: also, ordered the mashed potatoes and gravy, there’s no gravy and it looks pretty sorry.
