I ordered ahead because I didn’t want to deal with the AI robot at the drive thru, and that was my first mistake! I came in and had to flag down an employee to state that I had a pickup order and it took them 20 minutes to bring out two combos…saw them service several other drive thru and pick up orders and never get checked on or notified of when my food would be ready once. My food came out late and cold! Avoid at all costs!!!

She huffs and puffs if you ask her for any condiments. It's happened on several different occasions. She must hate her job.Other than that, everything else was great.

The staff appeared to be only 3 crew members at 6 PM on a Sunday. We ended up having to order through the mobile app before we were even acknowledged… how sad. These stores are poor representation of Corporate locations. And to hear this is a training location… nothing about our experience said that.
