I went over to this very tall guy talking with this young lady (due to his very tall stature, i’m sure he saw the line getting long as he stood there leaning on his register lazily) to get my coinstar redeemed after standing in a line for 5 minutes, unaware a line was open. I figured all the lines had to be long how long I was waiting and how long the current line I was in was. No hello, how are you, thanks for coming to food lion… complete silence as I walked up and walked away. I guess its protocol to greet/talk amongst employees only because they’re the paying customers, right?

Inside the store is very clean, organized and a lot of times this location has everything in stock that I'm looking for. I think at this food line I've only ever had an issue one time with a pickup order. Because they were short staffed so I wouldn't really call that an issue. It was no problem to go inside and pick it up. I really like all the workers here and appreciate all they do.
