  Dude no one ever picks up the phone EVER like is annoying and unprofessional!! I wanted to ask if they had the Dunkin buckets that I’ve been seeing everywhere because I don’t want to waste my time going and asking, Answer the phone !!!!!!!

  Worst customer service. Two boys who always work Thursday nights take 10+ mins to make a latte while the entire store is empty. They stand there on their phones instead of working. It’s really bad.

  Only reason I didnt give a 1 star is because the server was friendly and quick but the donuts were hard as tack - like they were made yesterday and left out 😩

  i never leave reviews but the people who work here are so rude and this isn’t the first time i’ve found hair in my food here. actually disgusting— 😀

  This place is awful. I went on February 2 ordered 2 donuts for my grandson then I was told they didn't have one of them after 15 minutes it was about 245 pm. The lady was rude she needs to be fired. No name tags.
