  Don wasn’t the best bartender but I had worse coming from a bartender. He moved literally like molasses. Thank god for Roberts service which made my visit alot better.

  The wait was long, and just when it was finally our turn to be served, the waitress went to the table behind us—even though those customers had arrived after we did. I feel discriminated against for being Hispanic; I go to the games every weekend, but this time I wanted to have a meal. I complained because we weren't being attended to, and they didn't know how to respond. We were finally served, but I noticed that the other tables were being fully attended to—getting everything they needed—whereas at my table, they didn't even ask if we needed anything. Terrible service, simply because we are Hispanic. 😡

  Was seated and waited 10 mins for someone to take our order. So me and fiancé just walked out. Staff also got some crappy attitudes. Had a great time playing games. Food service SUCKED!!!!

  If I could give a 0 I would! This was absolutly the worst experience I have EVER had! We went there with all the best for our daughter on her 9th birthday and her first place for her solo so it was a huge celebration!! As it started out just fine they even gave us a great space to entertain our guest, we had said at the beginning of the night my check will be myself husband and all the kids meals! Everyone else was separate when the check was to be split she had put it all one check for gratitude and when it came to split she couldn’t figure it out!! Then told people they could cash app us ,but how the heck do we get money that not one do we only have to wait 3 days to get but how were we suppose to know what each person owed. She got an attitude smirk on her face which u could only imagine that made me more mad. So not only one but two managers we had to explain the situation too , in the process of this they had two cops come and racial profile my husband being a black man and being aggravated and his voice was no where screaming to where anybody needed to be called. But because be was a black man it’s considered to be the angry black man! not only did this make me upset but tell me how my own daughter clocked why these cops were here and I had to see her face because she knew what was going on! I am so disgusted and disappointed with how everything went down. Manager only took the gratitude off I gave the waitress that same smirk she wanted to give me earlier and told me husband don’t leave her ANYTHING sad thing is that girl would have been well taken care of but for 2 hours half our party didn’t eat bc she kept saying the kitchen was bypassing her ticket and one little girl didn’t get a sprite until 2 hours of being there after being asking 4 times for it. Next time you can handle your section make sure you don’t make it worse without attitude . Never will Be back and thank you for the worst and ruining a little girls celebration!

  Had a section for my daughters 9th bday, was told by waitress they could accommodate us, everything was great up until the end. She clearly was overwhelmed as some people waited 1-1.5 hours for drinks and food, then at the end she decided to tell people she couldn't split checks(as she told us we could to begin) and told them to just cash app me and I would pay for it all. Then couldn't provide proof of who had what and which charges were whose. It took over an hour to figure out check, talked to 3 different managers which the first 2 were no help at all. The last manager (very professional and calm) was trying to work things out as the waitress set there smirking and laughing while trying to figure this out which was highly unprofessional and made matter worse. EXTREMELY dissapointing experience because of all of this especially when spending the amount of $ we did. Also one of the 2 managers keep coming over and standing about 12 inches away from me arms crossed like he was a body gaurd trying to intim me.On top of all of this when talking to the last manager 2 officers posted up beside our section which to me was to make sure "the aggressive angry black man" was tamed. I never raised my voice, threatened anyone but yet there are 2 cops are posted up at the one entrance/exit from our section. This was the last straw of disrespect for me. I will NEVER go back to this place because simply terrible service! I wish we would have taken our business anywhere else in the world but will never make that mistake again. TERRIBLE service, TERRIBLE resolution from managment.
