  The food did not look appetizing at all, the queso was extremely chunky, and the store was a little messy. The lady scooped the crusty rice from the old container into my bowl before adding the new rice on top of it, causing my rice to be crunchy every few bites. The steak was not warm at all and had very few pieces for as much as it costs.

  I really wish I can give this place no stars we waited 20 minutes in line just to see a group of five people come all the way from the back laughing and giggling we thought no one was in the restaurant and the place was filthy. Nasty they end up giving me my food free because they knew when I called corporate they wanted that receipt number. I will never come here again my daughters love chipotle and I just got done with basketball practice. They were starving. I am highly disappointed in chipotle

  Employee: KEIRA (sp?)-young tan white girl, long ponytail braid needs an attitude adjustment, customer service etiquette, & as a last resort- to be promoted to a customer. I come to the Concord Parkway N location most days after work as a part time DoorDasher. She is one employee who has THE WORSTTT ATTITUDE (there are others with RBF but nothing too terrible). I don’t know who pees in her cornflakes or poops in her shoes when she gets to work but when initially providing the name on a pick up order she literally huffs and puffs and rolls her eyes. Everyone is not kind or polite at all times. Some of us match energy. forbid she hasn’t gotten to fixing it yet! Get ready for her to mumble under her breath.   Twice in one week we’ve seen Edwin for lunch and dinner and haven’t been disappointed in his performance, great attitude, and exceptional customer service despite the handful of employees that witnessed them walked away while he took on a line full of customers at 9pm with 2 hours still on the clock and more people walking in as we left. With their music playing and laughing in the background he stayed grounded and continues to have a good spirit to get the job then and satisfy everyone with what he had left. Not to mention cashing people out changing his gloves after every customer prepping for the next order with the same greeting and no aggravation. Good people are hard to find I hope he’s rewarded or compensated well for his efforts and dedication. The rest of the night shift I wouldn’t know anything about as no one even offered to prepare the next order for him but insisted on hiding behind the wall past the kitchen. Disgusting that people could receive the same pay but can’t do the same work these days as their peers.

  0 stars seriously. I am extremely upset and disturbed by my experience at this Chipotle location. I initially left another store after seeing a roach crawling on the ledge where customers place their orders, hoping for a better experience here. Unfortunately, this visit was just as unacceptable, if not worse. Two employees working the front were shockingly unprofessional. One woman with dreads was extremely rude and visibly annoyed whenever customers asked for items to complete their meals items we are paying for. Her attitude created a hostile and uncomfortable environment for everyone in line. The other employee used profanity loudly in front of a full line of customers, including children. As more people entered, she said, “Damn, where everybody coming from?” within earshot of everyone. This level of behavior is completely inappropriate for a customer-facing role. Between the sanitation issue at the previous location and the unacceptable conduct at this one, it reflects very poorly on management and training. Customers should not have to tolerate rude service, profanity, or unsanitary conditions when simply trying to purchase a meal. This location needs immediate attention, either significant staff retraining or replacement with employees who understand basic professionalism and customer service.
