  I went in today, in the middle of a huge lunch rush with a very large order for 10 people. The team working were all hands on deck, took my list and made it all happen quick, smooth, and without holding up the line. They triple checked my order to make sure nothing was missed and ensured me that my large order was no trouble! This was my first visit to this location and will not be our last. Huge shout out to the team working today 4/8/2026 for excellent customer service!

  Rude and dirty!! I asked for extra rice on my burrito and the worker took her hands and dug into the rice and added it to my burrito!! That was very nasty and unsanitary!! I’ve never seen anyone use their hands and not the spoon but she said she always does it! That is disgusting and disturbing!!!

  The food itself was decent, but the overall experience was extremely disappointing due to the condition of the restaurant. The inside was absolutely filthy. There was trash all over the floors, the tables looked disgusting, and none of them appeared to have been wiped down in quite some time. It gave the entire place an unsanitary feel and made it difficult to enjoy the meal. To make matters worse, the staff told me they were out of queso, only for it to suddenly be available right after I left. That kind of inconsistency is frustrating and makes it seem like customers are not being given accurate information. The bathrooms were also in very poor condition and clearly had not been properly cleaned. When a restaurant neglects basic cleanliness in both the dining area and the restrooms, it raises serious concerns about overall hygiene and management standards. Overall, while the food was acceptable, the lack of cleanliness, poor upkeep of the dining area and bathrooms, and questionable communication from staff made the visit unpleasant. The restaurant needs to significantly improve its sanitation and attention to customer experience.

  I haven’t walked in to a chipotle in a very long time and just dreaded being side it. (We are from out of town first timers) & I will be back here every time we are in town Jonia was gracious and our food looks amazing. Sure build the bowl with care. The kitchen from my standing was the cleanest. Thank you Team Chipotle for having everything stocked and cleaned.

  Ordered a steak bowl and received the worst tasting and looking food. I had Door Dash deliver to my hotel. The rise was hard and clumpy as if it had hardened and was the bottom of the pan. The were the fewest black beans I've ever received and the steak was overcooked. Had to order food from somewhere else as this was not edible. Avoid at all costs and go to one further away from the Embassy Suites in Concord. Maybe they treat their delivery order with more care and concern.
