Well, 45 mins later we get delivered JUST THE FRIES AND DRINKS by a “James” door dash driver. We say something he drove off saying we needed to complain on the app whatever- I called the store and they answered the phone having a good time mindyou not professional at all. I explained the situation the said oh yea your foods sitting here so we had to DRIVE up there to get the food we already paid to get delivered and we go up there ad they laughing in our face-get the food and they did re make it but we get the food thinking everything’s good to find they forgot the 8ct combo after remaking the order after we had to drive up there, 62$ then only get so much money back for the refund cause the driver gets to keep that tip? For what!!!! Never again. Sucked chic fil a has SEVERELY gone down hill. Be mindful of the “young” kids your hiring and door dashers cause they foreal suck.

Got to the speaker and guy come bringing our food out and holding the four drinks in tray and the large bag of food in one had spilling soda into the bag on top of our food and other items. Then they forgot our milkshake. Finally brought it out but we’re stuck in line still at the speaker with $94 worth of food getting cold because I can’t get thru the line. Used to be a good one to go to but I wouldn’t recommend it anymore. I’d give it less than one star if I could. All in all sat in the drive thru line for close to 30 minutes then get home and have cold food. Thanks!!!!!!
