  Got a country ham biscuit from here with cheese and the biscuit smelled and tasted spoiled. Not sure if it was the cheese or the biscuit itself. 👎

  I love the food at Bojangles but not the service. We were waiting at the register for 20 minutes, no one else even in the restaurant, being blatantly ignored. Finally we got our order take, but we had to wait another 20 minutes for our food, with the staff doing nothing. I will not be coming back.

  My order was not complete and the food wasn't tasty ~ fries cold, chicken old and the tea was gross... (how do you mess up tea!). We will not be back at this location again.

  Very disheartening. I've been going to this Bojangles for over a year now and never really had any problems with them, until recently. The last time I went will be the last time I go. First, I ordered 3 sandwiches with 3 sides and 3 drinks. They had me pull up to a parking spot to wait. 15 mins goes by...still nothing. So I go inside and let them know, and was wondering how much longer on my order. The older caucasian lady immediately got an attitude with me, telling me I need to give them more time to make it because they had to re-fire it. Sorry but don't get an attitude with me for your guys' screw up... So I go back to my car and wait some more. About 5 mins later, they hand us the food...with 1 sandwich missing. So I had to go back in to let them know. Thankfully the line cooks were nice and immediately recognized me, and asked what was wrong. I let them know, and they quickly got on it. Well then turns out one of the ladies grabs the wrong sandwich, and puts it in my bag and, stupid me, didn't check the sandwich till I had already gotten home...so yeah not going back. That was a hot freakin mess!

  Was there today. The most clean dining room and best staff experience I've had at a Bojangles in years.
