  Tried this location again and instantly remembered why I stopped coming here. I came Monday morning and was served a biscuit that was rock hard, stale, and clearly old. It was so hard I could literally tap it on the counter. I took photos, video, and kept my receipt. I also called the store multiple times and no one answered. This location has had the same quality issues for years, and clearly nothing has changed. If the food is old, throw it away. Don’t serve it.

  I do deliveries for Uber Eats and doordash this was by far my very worst experience ever at a Bojangles anywhere in the state my suggestion would be to have corporate retrain their people especially the biscuit man from the back who thought he was running things on how to accept check-ins from delivery drivers as all I did was say I'm here with Uber Eats to pick up an order for this customer I was reprimanded for approaching him because he was so busy they were completely unorganized and then he absolutely did not complete the order I waited 45 minutes and finally had to cancel the order so someone else could come and get it because it was obvious to me he was not going to make the order shame on you for your lack of customer service and you're being so unorganized that you can't even service customers that come in to pick up deliveries so that you guys can make money you are the absolute worst

  Never have I gone to a Bojangles this terrible. They got my order wrong twice which I explained to the black older guy manager. He kept arguing with me, insisting that he took my order and that I just didn’t say what I wanted correctly. I gave him the food back twice, and he handed me the same thing. I asked for a refund, and he continued arguing, saying it was my fault.The younger guy at the window was extremely rude as well and it was when I asked for a refund that he had an attitude.

  These guys did an incredible job getting me my food fresh and fast this Saturday morning. Staff were great and very friendly. Food tasted awesome.
