  I swore to never return to this particular Bojangles however a family member asked me to pick them up an order while I was nearby. I ordered a 2 piece white meal and the breast was as small as the wing, the macaroni and cheese was cold and not good. This is by far the worst bojangles that I have visited and I am talking from state to state not just locally.

  AI drive through instead of a real person talking to you. Took longer to order and had to correct the AI several times to make sure order was correct. Lady at window was nice and food was good. AI drive throughs are not the way of the future.

  No customers so the service was fast. I order the fish sandwich which was gross and went in the garbage. I know... They sell chicken, not fish. Lol. The chicken was fine. Food was almost warm. Lol. $60 down the drain.

  I come to bojangles often and I always ask for everything fresh And a little seasoning on the side cause you all put too much. Never ever had an issue as I asked the store manager she gets bit testy and states the late they don’t do that it’s against the rules. I’m like since when and where. I can tell you typos local will never see another dime from me. It’s the one in concord NC next to hooter. I will drive either further down or up. But this place will not get any from me or any of my over 200 plus office

  Sarah, was the one that helped me. Not only did she cook the food fresh for me. She is super sweet and the other employees she had working with her was on point! I really enjoy coming to this bojangles for the first time! I will DEFINITELY keep coming back to this location. So much better than the Stanley location and the garrison location in Gastonia area!! I will keep coming back to this store due to her! Best Cajun biscuit I’ve had ever! The two piece dinner that I also had with dirty rice and Mac was so delicious. Entire staff was just on it! Even my picky grandparents loved it!!
