  recently had dinner at the Bonefish Grill near Concord Mills, and the entire experience was excellent from start to finish. Everything I ordered was prepared perfectly and full of flavor. I started with the Bang Bang Shrimp, and it lived up to its reputation — crispy, creamy, and seasoned just right with a little kick. It’s one of those appetizers you could easily make a meal out of. For my entrée, I chose the Asian Butterfish. It was outstanding: tender, flaky, and infused with rich, savory flavors that paired beautifully with the sauce. You can tell the kitchen takes real care with their seafood. Even the bread and herb-butter that came before the meal was memorable — warm, fresh, and full of flavor. Sometimes the little touches make all the difference, and Bonefish really delivered. Overall, everything was delicious, and the visit was well worth it. I’d happily return and recommend this location to anyone looking for a quality seafood dinner with consistently great dishes.

  we are frequent visitors of Concord Mills BoneFish Grill. the food is consistently good and the server is always friendly and excellent. Kuddos to Taylor from her hard work and you can tell she enjoys the customers.

  Bonefish Grill is a solid spot if you’re looking for great service, especially at the bar, where the staff is attentive and friendly. The drink specials are a definite highlight and make for a fun, lively atmosphere. The food is okay—I’ve had better seafood at other restaurants—but the overall experience is still enjoyable thanks to the vibe, drinks, and excellent service. It’s a good place to relax, grab a drink, and unwind with friends.

  Well. Bonefish is always delicious and healthy! Our children ask to come here and eat salmon and broccoli! Way to improve the health across America, Bonefish! ✨ TAYLOR ✨ was awesome and took such nice care of us! What a sweet experience. Good for special occasions and normal family dinners alike! (You should see our paper tablecloth coloring décor!) Way to be versatile, Bonefish! See you soon.

  Holy guacamole the bang bang shrimp and food here is incredible! I had 2 tacos with bang bang shrimp, crab chowder soup, fries, mocktail, and water for $21 that's REALLY good in this economy. The waitress, Janette, was phenomenal. Gave genuine advice on what is good to order, helped with any questions, and was quick on her feet. Great attitude, and I seriously hope they give her a raise haha. I wanted the crab chowder but it had bacon, and she said she'll get it removed for me. The accommodation was really nice here despite it being 1pm on a cold Monday in November. The thing that did not make the service five stars though, was the manager. She is a good person, I'm sure. But she randomly put a drink in the middle of my table and she was dressed casually like a normal person. So I thought some random lady put her drink on my table and I was really confused. After five minutes of trying to get her attention as she was chatting to someone, she said "I'm the manager". Okay, cool. Laughed it off. That's fine. However... she did not pay attention to my requests for bread and some accommodations and she was only really paying attention to those with the big money orders (it felt like). I don't want to say something rude, but it just felt that way. But Janette was there to help! She gave me my bread and accommodations really quick. I had to ask her after waiting twenty minutes. Atmosphere was really good though. Only thing is that there were stains where I sat, which was weird a little. It gets loud easily and I feel like they try to drown it out with the music (obviously) but I couldn't really focus when eating. Overall, it was awesome. I mean.. the price and food was on point! Janette was amazing. Everything was really cool! I came in as a table for one and I was the only one there not dressed up in fancy clothing. With my baggy jeans and the new balances I had for four years; they still treated me really nicely despite that. That says a lot about service and representation of the company. Thank you once again to the staff there, especially Janette. Not that pricey, you get a bang for your buck. There really weren't good vegetarian options or vegan options. Not that I am one, but I know my friend is. So if he were to come, all he can have is the salad. So I advise that if you cannot consume meat, not to come here. But I mean, they removed the bacon for me in an order.. so maybe they will remove the meat from some orders? You can always try. Anyway. I also hope Gordon Ramsay sees my review and hires me as a food critic LOL :))
