The sandwich was terrible—the bread completely fell apart when I tried to take a bite, and it wasn’t even toasted. When I mentioned it, I was told the bread had been baked that morning, but that didn’t seem to match its condition. On top of that, they didn’t have any tea available because none had been made, even though it was already 1 p.m. Considering how simple tea is to prepare, that was frustrating as well.
