I've also ordered a fry and it was also disappointing because it was soggy and not crispy enough at all.

Long wait times, food lacking quality or undercooked, and over priced compared to other locations. I eat at a lot of Bojangles and though this is a better location, it leaves a lot to be desired… Dunn, NC is about the best one around and the prices are significantly lower.
