- HSHannah SwingApr 4, 20263.0This location leaves a lot to be desired. Middle of the day on a Saturday they are completely out of crème filled doughnuts? The reason was ‘they haven’t made them yet’. Over 20 dollars for assorted dozen and conveniently most of what they have is the speciality extra cost doughnuts.

I looked at her and she then said- “oh I guess we do have those.” She had a rude look on her face. I was polite- not a Karen in anyway possible as sometimes I do have a RBF and people can take me a wrong way. The same girl got upset when my husband asked for an iced Carmel latte. He said it wasn’t even made right. This was our first stop in NC and we were treated poorly. We felt that the girl was being intentionally rude and lazy. We do not get to enjoy KK often so we indulge ourselves when we are near one. Not once did the employees offer a doughnut to us because the light was on- no one smiled and we felt like we had done something wrong by being there. Would not recommend going here.

Placed an online order and went to pick it up only for them to tell me they didn’t have any donuts left and would need to cancel my order after the fact I had already drove there. They should have canceled the order when it came in. No coupons nothing was offered for the inconvenience. By the time I got there I only had 15 mins to get to another before they closed and it wasn’t happening. Asked why they didn’t cancel when it came in and her answer was they wait until the person arrives to tell them! Are you kidding me?
