Today, at lunchtime, 39 degrees out....out of chili. AND...the person at the drive thru forgot mic was on...uh oh. I won't be petty enough to repeat. So... here's a bit of advice. You are on the busiest road on this side of the entire county. First...get yourself some staff that having a job is apparently not beneath them. Second...keep things often ordered in stock. Been in restaurant/bar business 30+ years..not that hard. When it's cold..have chili. Hot? Have Frostys. Sorry had to lower my rating..but come on. Plenty of other options around...but we keep trying your location Maybe it will matter one day.

The manager went back and forth with me insisting she did give me my change, but told me I could come back anyway. When I did, she counted the entire drawer and realized she did in fact did not give me my change. It was finally returned. She was rude throughout the whole interaction. She never apologized or acknowledged the mistake. Very unprofessional experience.
