The service alternates between bad snd incompetent, with the decent workers not nonexistent but far and few between. Today it hit the peak of bad performance as we pulled up and had to wait fifteen minutes to even have our order taken and God knows how long the perspn ahead of us had already been waiting. Fully unacceptable. We WATCHED two late workers come flying into the parking lot before our order was taken. And we still had to wait and be pulled up to get our food.
