Walked inside to pick up my mobile order. The girl said to give her "4 minutes on the fries". I thought, awesome, fresh fries. 7 minutes later I go to the counter and said I was just checking on the fries for my order. The guy says something to the girl who just shrugs, then he put some fries in the bag and hands them to my while saying nothing and looking away from me. I notice the bag isn't even warm as I walk to my car. I reached in the bag - barely lukewarm fries. What was I waiting 7 minutes for if not fresh fries? The best part = I paid nearly $9 for a large order of fries... I got a large CUP alright, maybe 3/4 full of room temp fries. I get it, mistakes happen. Maybe she forgot to drop the fries. No biggie, just be honest. But they knew I had been waiting. They both knew they were dumping cold fries in that bag. And at least he knew I was getting way less than the LARGE size I had paid for. Not a sorry for your wait, not a thank you, just no eye-contact and an obvious "I'm just going to look over here and hope she doesn't notice any of this til she's already driving away" hand off. Yay customer service. I see why the parking lot is always empty. I'll still eat at FiveGuys, I'm just going to drive past this one to the one 10 minutes away to get it.

Just went to grab some fries at 5Guys and the service was nice Madison took our order but what really stood out was the amazing friendly cheerful attitude of the hardworking man with the ponytail who was cooking. He made us fresh fries in a few minutes was so nice smiled while he worked and even said good bye to us after we wished him a merry Christmas. Was just a nice quick ordinary experience but his energy was so positive his boss should know it. Great job and thank you for lunch and your hospitality and the fries were cooked perfect and delicious.

OK, we'll get it out of the way first. It's pricey for Burger. But....I had a really good burger this evening. It had actual taste and wasn't pressed flat like the other chain burgers. The choice of toppings is much more than what you get from the chains. Thw fries were pretty good too. Back to the cost - you're really not that far off from a similar meal cost at the other chains. The staff was very courteous and friendly and engaged in conversation. The dining area appeared very clean. They have the Coca-Cola fountain drinks with the plethora of flavors.
