My food look like it was sitting under the light all day . My bow round look like they have been sitting for a couple of days. I was at work so I couldn’t go back up there at the time but I end up throwing that food in the trash. Not only that, I ordered a three-piece and they said that they didn’t have any thighs, what chicken place don’t have chicken. I called up there to make a complaint, and the manager was very unprofessional, wanted to argue Me down about bad food and bad service. I will never go back there again.

It's quicker for me to cook it myself because they always screw up the order. My brother loves Bojangles and we recently move to this side of town. EVERY TIME I have been here, doesn't matter what time of day, they get my order wrong. One afternoon they had me pull forward to wait on something. I was answering emails on my phone when I realize 30 minutes had passed. I went up to the window and they completely lost my order and didn't make it. AMAZING HOW IT IS CONSISTENTLY WRONG. I am starting to get the impression that maybe they are doing it on purpose, because no one can be this bad!

This one was repeating the same question so I had to park to go in to order. Stood at the counter for a few minutes and was never helped by an employee.
