From the long wait just to place an order to finally receiving the food, the entire experience was disappointing. During an early Saturday morning rush, it looked like only four employees were running the whole restaurant. Where was the manager? Overall, it was a terrible experience it felt like the only ones benefiting were the restaurant, while customers were left feeling frustrated.
