  They always get the order wrong. It’s never complete. You have to check your order and go back for missing items every time. Then if you call for a refund on missing items, they tell you to call back later because they are too busy to deal with it, they are nasty, and then tell you they can’t do it and then hang up on you! The staff there is always unprofessional and rude!

  Asked for two nacho fries got one, every time I go to this location I never have a problem at the window except with the guy that worked tn every time literally he has no energy says ok after every order but seem to miss something from the order every time he rushes everyone out line he shoved the bag out the windows told me good I sat there like what about my drinks like hello just rushing it’s so irritating I’ve worked in fast food it’s not that hard to be kinder and take your time being at the window handing out orders will not be coming back here at all

  Went through drive thru today and the lady who took our order was very rude and rushed us through the whole ordering process. We pulled around and knew our order was going to be wrong. When we got to the window I simply asked a question about the order to make sure it was correct and she snapped "I took your order correct". After we got the food we parked to check and of course the order was wrong. Went inside and the gentleman working the front, David, took care of us and allowed us to express our concerns and fixed the situation. Times are hard and when someone pays over 40 dollars for some fast food I would expect it to at least be correct and not have someone rude handling simple customer interactions.

  I wanted a Chalupa and a taco salad to go. There was nobody inside to wait on me, only self-serve kiosks. They no longer serve taco-salads. The closest thing I could find was a Cantina Chicken Bowl, which was not so great. I could not find a Chalupa on the opening kiosk menu. I clicked on a couple sub-menus...specialties, etc. I gave up and went to the drive-thru window. If a restaurant cannot serve me better than this, I won't go back. Has management noticed that they have an average review score of 2.4? No other Taco Bell in the area has a score that low.

  I visited this taco bell on hwy 70 in Clayton Thursday evening around 6pm and was told that they were only serving doordashers at that time. Didn't make much sense but whatever. I came back on Friday, I ordered a small nacho fry, soft taco supreme and a beef chalupa. They had me park and wait for Chalupa to cook. I waited a total of 30 minutes and when I finally got my food, the nacho fries were cold. Everyone there was extremely rude and poor customer service. Something should be done about the service at this place.
