I explained that I was on my way to an appointment and couldn't return right away. Was told to call when I was on my way and they would have a fresh sandwich ready for me. I did call on my way home and my sandwich was ready. I was given a couple of things to make up for the mistake. Seems that there were 2 orders with similar last names. The food was delicious.

Food is always packaged, ready when I get there, and fresh and delicious. Indeed some folks on the mic need some people skills. However, when I pull up I am always cheery and ensure I say hello and ask how they are doing. It changes everything!

At the drive through, staff do not judiciously use available spots for larger orders and create unnecessary wait times for simple orders and order ahead customers. The food and beverages are good, and the location is clean and well maintained.
