  Absolutely disappointed in this establishment. Sign on the front door says open until 12am. Nothing to differentiate between lobby and drive thru hours. Lobby is locked at 10. I get there right at 10 and get attitude from the employees for wanting to order. I drive a tractor trailer so the drive thru wasn’t an option. However they did let me order (with attitude). Easy order. Number eight value meal (fish sandwich) with NO cheese. I get fish and bread. No cheese or tartar sauce. Someone in a higher position needs come visit this store and get this location back on true McDonald’s standards. Or is this the new standard here? Will not return

  This McDonald’s location is the absolute worst. Every time I go, my order is wrong. Sometimes the workers are really rude, managers included. They’ve also been selling empty K-pop demon seasoning packets. Don’t get it, it’s a waste of money.

  5 minutes till open and one of you're employees started yapping about how I was running his time up in the drive through, all I wanted was a sweet tea, I'm regular customer and I will not be back. This happened at 4:55 am Mar 29th 2026.

  The manager on duty “jackie” was terrible! No help didnt care at all very nasty attitude. The wait time for fast food is ridiculous. They simply dont know how to follow directions the only the important to them is their drive through time the service is trash

  Every time i come to this location its a problem. Tonight was no different my child was given 4 fries in their kids meal, when I ask the cashier for more they wanted to know if that was how it came, wow we were in drive thru and had just been handed our order. Same for our meals the fries were cold and hardly no fries, we sent them back only to get back more cold fries but this time they were full. My husband just said lets go home. I would upload the receipt but it printed where you cant read anything on it. Now we are at home warming up food we just paid for. Sad part is I have used the link on the app for this location before when i had another terrible experience, but no one ever reached out to me. I see the same staff doing the same stuff. I would hope that someone would care to make changes. Night time is when there's issues.
