Coming from Greenville this Wendy’s is like 10 times better. Fries and burgers were still cold like every Wendy’s it seems. Everything tasted good though. Yall be thankful your Wendy’s isn’t like the ones in Greenville. Also the staff was hardworking and friendly.

Placed online order for $22.49. Received someone’s else’s three $2.49 cheeseburgers with my receipt on the bag, meanwhile someone else receive my order and made out like a bandit. What a joke. The receipt is on the bag, read it, the quantity wasn’t even right much less the order. At least they got the drink right.

This wendys is absolute garbage. Ordered a $5 bag from here. Received 3 nuggets instead of 4. Then the fries, don’t get me started! There was probably a total of 6 fries in that bag and they were so burnt I didn’t even try to eat them. Probably would’ve choked. Not the first time I’ve came here and got nasty food or my orders been messed up either.

There is a sweet Hispanic lady who works here in the morning typically in the window. Let me just say she is the SWEETEST. I look forward to seeing her in the mornings when I order. She is always so kind and makes sure your order is hot and correct! She is an asset to this store!!!

I entered Wendy’s on October 16, 2025, looking forward to dining in. Unfortunately, my experience was far from pleasant. Upon arrival, I was not greeted at the door, and I noticed that the individuals working the drive-thru were more focused on shouting, “Who got front?” rather than welcoming guests or ensuring that someone would assist us promptly.
The staff exhibited rude behavior and appeared untrained in proper guest service, which contributed to a disappointing visit. Based on this experience, I will not be returning to this Wendy’s location.
I hope you take this feedback seriously and implement necessary changes to improve the guest experience.
