  As a general rule of thumb, I try very hard to avoid leaving negative reviews because I know very often it is the part of the corporation and the management, causing the issues and often the employees are the ones to be reprimanded However, in this case, I can ensure that this is definitely a lack of training and care amongst the staff and the management. I have come to this location multiple times as it is the closest to my house. And every single time I have been treated poorly and with disrespect, I have also had multiple issues with orders being made incorrectly or not being cooked at all Example being I ordered a Cantina’s chicken taco and the taco was not cooked at all and there was shredded cheese on a taco shell whereas it’s supposed to be warm and melty I have also ordered their new Diablo fries and every single time there has been no chicken or pico de gallo on it. I’ve tried placing my orders in store and online and these issues continued to be a problem at this location, I have also been served items with beef after specifically ordering items that do not contain beef or substituting the protein for items that do contain beef as I am allergic I brought this to management attention once and received one free taco coupon that was only valid for beef tacos they refused to remake or refund my order and even at my last drive-through experience when I placed my order online, I was instructed to pull to the second window when I did so she asked me to back up behind the yellow pole I presume to avoid her having any negative effects for drive-through times when I asked her for utensils she slammed the window shut and I had to go inside to get them at 6:00 pm they had there dining room just mopped and I was given a rude stare as I went in to grab a fork. As someone who has been an assistant manager in fast food for multiple years I am appalled at this level of ignorance and treatment of customers. Anyone who takes the time to read this please do not go to this Taco Bell do your self the favor and go to the Taco Bell in Clayton on bus. 70 you will receive better service, product and will have your food much faster.

  I ordered 3 ""supreme tacos""" large sweet tea. had no sour cream, no tomatoes, very nasty. Tea had no ice,and was Hot. What's wrong with this? Guess its why at 1225,lunch . No customers. Seriously????

  Was waiting in there for over half an hour for an order of three things and so were 5 other people. Looked back in the kitchen and most of the staff were just standing there doing nothing. Service is horrendous and staff likes to stand there and do nothing. Will not be returning.

  This the worst Taco Bell I have ever been to. The service inside is non existent! Drive thru is terrible! There is no need to do an online order because they wait til you get to the drive thru to checkin the order and prepare it! Where is the management for this location? What expertise they have. I feel bad for the workers they are not supported or given direction. They need to have an assembly line one person at each station rather than one person filling the entire order. They are all in each others way trying to fix orders get drinks ect. The worst. Efficiency is definitely lacking. Set up stations properly for your workers to get in front of the orders instead of constantly running behind the orders. The moral sucks there you can clearly see it on the workers faces. Aimlessly floundering due to a chaotic system! Taco Bell do better it’s a great location and has promise of being extremely successful however the execution due to how the work process is setup has the workers set up for failure. Very frustrating to witness and even more frustrating waiting 20 minutes to find out my online order that was placed 25 minutes prior to my arrival had not even been checked in. C’mon it’s clearly not the workers fault on this one. Also, no one at the front register why!!!! Workers busting their butts to try to keep up with drive thru and door dash, not to mention no one helping the walk-ins that stand around and just leave. Close the front and lock the doors if you’re not capable of attending to the walk in customers. This has happened numerous times so it’s not just a one time occurrence in the evenings. Staff properly on the weekends and nights again back to lack of management experience. DO Better
