So hard I couldn't eat it ( why would I want to.) There was not the amount of meat on the sandwich there was suppose to be. Then when I called. I got told I was wrong she was the manager and she prepared my sandwich so she knows it was done correctly, well I have been a manager at Subway for 4 years. I also know how my sandwich is suppose to come out... this Subway and service is a total FAIL.
