  I don't know why this place is rated so low. I have never had an issue since they've opened. I only have gone through drive through and order online. Food is always packaged, ready when I get there, and fresh and delicious. Indeed some folks on the mic need some people skills. However, when I pull up I am always cheery and ensure I say hello and ask how they are doing. It changes everything!

  Consistently bad order management. If you go inside, orders show complete, but are frequently not available. At the drive through, staff do not judiciously use available spots for larger orders and create unnecessary wait times for simple orders and order ahead customers. The food and beverages are good, and the location is clean and well maintained.

  Overall bad experience. They had my order set for “ready at counter” when it wasn’t done yet. Then it was missing 2 items. What’s the point of the “checking order” status? And I got the Gen Z stare from the employee when I said it was wrong.

  Had my order wrong, the young lady they had working in drive thru whom seem to be very young, did not ask for my phone number for points, I reminded her and she asked what is it? I told her and she says ok, then I get to the window and asked her again because I knew I had rewards, she says yes I asked well what's my name then she say oh can you give it to me again? Then the manager comes and make excuses for her like that's not teaching her nothing. Not only that the manager claim she entered my coupon and claim she gave me a discount but I couldn't tell. I just let it go because at this point it's ridiculous and now I don't really care to go there, because my experience was not being heard nor listened to and try to understand what I'm saying. Whatever I said was overlooked and ignored. So that's what it is and now I just find other places to go to that gives good customer service and listens to customers.
