Food was good, I mean it’s huge franchise so not much goes into making this. I’d you’re going to eat here however, go to the drive through. My wife son and I waited over half an hour for a yogurt parfait, a plain bagel, avocado toast, and French onion soup. As I was waiting, there was multiple online orders and delivery orders that got fulfilled instead of mine that I made in store. Don’t bother going inside. Go to the drive through

I really wanted to love this new Panera location. I’d seen the mixed reviews but decided to give it a fair chance since I was excited to have one nearby. When we arrived at 7:15pm, there were only two other diners and one car waiting for pickup. We ordered two grilled cheeses and tomato soups. The food took about 20 minutes, but I didn’t mind — the soup was piping hot and both meals were delicious. However, the cleanliness of the dining area was very disappointing. Every table was dirty, the floor was filthy, and the trash cans were pulled out with garbage visible. Chairs were scattered and not pushed in. There were several employees working, but I noticed some standing around and using their phones while the dining room stayed messy. We ended up cleaning off a table ourselves just to sit down. During the full hour we were there, no one began cleaning until one employee started sweeping — while still checking his phone. I’ll give this location a few months and try again, but the staff could really benefit from more training and supervision to match the quality of the food.

Excellent new location! Same delicious food, easy parking, easy ordering, clean bathrooms. Panera Bread is always a great option for eats! UPDATE: Sarah is an outstanding representative of the company. Pretty sure she was the manager on duty and the first thing I noticed was her making sure a non-service dog was not allowed in the restaurant. Please keep that in mind people, if you don't have a service license for your dog don't bring it in any restaurant because it's illegal. Anyways, I had a sandwich today and the blueberry lemonade and a chocolate croissant.... all delicious! great service from the kitchen staff as well. If you haven't tried this new location it is awesome! The price was great! Overall impression of this restaurant is All Around excellence. Clean organized and runs like a machine.

Visited a few times since they recently opened. Sandwiches were good. The prices seemed high, but I knew that about Panera. My first time there was the opening day, so wait times were as expected for new staff. Service times have improved since opening. My only real complaint is the coffee. I expected drip coffee, but they only have a single-serving machine that makes a cup on the fly. I couldn't drink it as it was so bad. But, I liked my sandwiches. The dining room is smaller than a full sized Panera and less comfortable--more like a fast food experience and not as plush as a typical Panera that I was accustomed to.

Manager rude staffs rude at 1:20pm we ordered two ranchers sandwiches and a soup 1:50 we get up to the window in which my mom requested her money back. Manager is super rude instead of giving my mom her refund and a apology she came to argue I will be speaking with corporate this week I don’t know who these people think they are but you will NOT treat my mom like that you are all in for it glad I remember who was at the window. Save your time and money they need to shut this place down and restaff. We were drive through the young man at the window forgot our order after waiting 45 minutes they decide to start making our order and tells us it will be 20 more minutes. My mom requested a refund they proceeded to slam the window in her face. Manager started yelling they are making the order. My mom asked for a refund nicely now me I do not tolerate that treatment these folks are lucky the cops didn’t get called today because my mom could have drove out of that line I could have called the cops and made sure she got her change back but I will be speaking to the owner and have already reported this location earlier today. The manager doesn’t know how to manage they aren’t working these employees don’t deserve a paycheck when they aren’t working please fire your staff and restaff with people who actually have a work ethic.
