- JLJennifer Lynn3 days ago1.0This dominoes has the most disrespectful staff, I was hung up on asking why the order I placed was not ready when my son was there to pick it up 45 min after I ordered, they said it was in the oven and hung up, when I called back the manager got on the phone and said they were having screen issues and my pizza hadn’t even been put in the oven it was going to be another 30 min said I could be refunded all my money but would not get any food after waiting for over 1 and 15 min. He said they were backed up and that they were working on carry out orders of people in the store first- well my son had been sitting there for 30 min! Not to mention this happened about 2 months ago as well “the screen” was broken then too. Do better

I called back again and they said it was just delivered but I didn’t receive it. Driver delivered it to a different house. The manger said he’d make another and offered a dessert for free but wouldn’t even do the right thing and comp my order, long story short I cancelled and will never eat dominoes again!!!!!!! Poor customer service!!!!
