A couple of the severs acted like they lost their best friend. Hope they’re not like that everyday. And the bathrooms needed attention. I will stick with the 70 Bus location.
- CSChip SeilerFeb 2, 20261.0Since it's opening, my family has been here 5 times. The service was fantastic on the first visit, but has steadily deteriorated since then. The main food items are good, and some item selections even great, consistent with other Chipotle restaurants, but the chips seem to be the Achilles Heel of this particular restaurant! They are ALWAYS stale. For the price you pay, I feel that all items should be of typical Chipotle quality, which on the last two trips, they were not. The food quality per dollar has definitely dropped.! It used to be great at any other Chipotle I've ever been to, but this one's serving sizes are like KIDS meals! What??? I went inside to order on my last trip, instead of ordering online and picking up through the drive through. The inside employees were NOT nearly as friendly as the pick up window, and the serving size and food quality was not as good. The chips were stale again. Many people don't know this, but Chipotle has two service set ups. One inside, and a completely different crew and serving set up for the drive through. That was mid December. We have not been back since! With two other high quality "Mexican" / "Tex Mex" options close by, I'm sorry to say that they have been getting out business once again. They are further away, but worth the drive.
