    Was not given normal amount of cheese or extra sour cream. And received hardly any chicken. I’ve eaten chipotle for 15 years. Look at your reviews and do better.

    Had a great experience with friendly staff, excellent food and a clean restaurant. Prices are reasonable as this is higher end fast food. Manager also gave us free queso to go with our chips.

    I wish I could give 0 stars this is by far the worst chipotle ever made I’ve been to several locations and this one just is horrible the food and the service is just terrible . Everytime i go it’s a bad experience

    I never complain especially about something as small as a meal but enough is enough. We ordered a bowl to go and when I got home to eat it there was very little protein on it. Its a bad feeling when you feel like your getting ripped off. Very disappointed.

    There’s no possible way to give a zero if not you’d have it. I understand it’s not fine dining but if you’re paying what you’d pay at a sit down restaurant you would think you’d at least get your moneys worth. I had to dig through what felt like a pound of shredded cheese and guac just to get to 5 pieces of steak, which is supposed to be “double protein” btw. You can fill the bowl with cheese and a heaping ladle of sour cream but not the protein? While it’s not the only location that does this it is probably the worst I’ve experienced and truthfully after multiple times of giving the benefit of the doubt it gets worse every time we get food from there.
