Saw a cat in someone’s car and had the sweetest interaction with the cat looking at me and me looking at the cat! I understand that that does not have much to do with food Lion, but it’s not the Food Lion itself that makes it what it is. It’s the people that you go with.

I’ve had several interactions with her at this point bc this is my neighborhood foodlion/main grocery. She is so sour acting. Not friendly or accommodating to customers. Petty stuff too. Returning something WITH receipt that went bad she gave me a hard time about, I just wanted a replacement and it wasn’t some big ticket item. $3 gallon of milk BUT foodlion makes the policy and if you have receipt they’re actually supposed to give refund and replacement but I only cared about replacing it. Like what’s it to her? Is it coming out of her check? A lot of produce there like spinach and berries do go bad quickly and groceries are EXPENSIVE so just refund it and stop being petty. Two other instances I won’t dredge on about but finally I’m just like what’s her problem. Other managers there are fine.
