  Service is always slow either as a customer or a delivery driver for DoorDash. Picked up an order tonight where I had already driven 10 minutes and it wasn’t even started when I got there. They claimed the restaurant was “busy” but there were no cars in the driveway and the inside was pretty empty. What was alarming to me tonight though was the photos I have attached. I think it’s soda but not sure but it was just sitting on the counter where the orders are picked up & exposed to anyone and everyone who could have came inside. The employees even walked off from it as well. Not sure how this restaurant has 100% sanitation rating..

  I only leave bad reviews if it's bad. We pulled into the drive through at 8:45am. They weren't that busy. We ordered at 8:49. Order was not complicated. No special requests, just like they come: 2 med iced Dunkalattes, 3 Avocado Bacon Toasts, 1 order of Hashbrowns, 2 Bacon Wraps. The total: $31.80. We get to the window, the guy said they only charged us for 1 Avacado Bacon Toast and he had to bill us for 2 more, the bill went up to $37.38, and now we need to pull up to wait on the 2 other orders of toast. We pull up. Wait 10 minutes. Finally the order comes out: No hashbrowns, 2 toasts have no bacon. I go in. I wait in line to tell the lady. She looked scared to death to tell the cooks that they made the order wrong. So she tells me that they didn't charge for bacon and that she'll have to charge me. Instead of arguing, I go back out to the car to get the receipt. I show her where we were billed and paid for the bacon. She goes over to tell the ones cooking and they give her so much attitude. Remind you, it's their error. The ticket was correct. I'm pretty sure one of them was the manager. I wait an additional 5 minutes to get soggy hashbrowns, and two pieces of toast with a half of piece of burnt bacon sprinkled on top. We already had not complained about the watered down drinks they brought out because they had sat on the counter for 10 minutes while they made the toast with no bacon. At this point it's 9:14. We still did not complain. We just took the food and left. The food didn't taste terrible, the drinks were good, and the wraps were on point. That's the reason for 2 stars and not 1. If the older guy in the collared shirt was indeed the manager, he needs to do better. The girl at the register shouldn't be scared to let the cook team know THEY made a mistake and she shouldn't be met with terrible attitudes for asking them to do their job.

  Hi! Michelle & Shelby took my order and made an amazing drink! Not only were they super nice, but they also went the extra mile to give my dog a pup cup!! Thanks!!

  Dunkin NO Donuts just can't get any worse.. I was a Dunkin donut fanatic and couldn't drive past one without getting a donut or a coffee cake muffin.. But now... 😞 Seven Eleven has them bet with Donuts and coffee. But I always preferred Seven Eleven coffee over DD. DD coffee is to watered down for me..
