  I like Bojangles eat it Bojangles quite a bit. They’ve been remodeling here at this location. I guess so now even though you order online, you can’t skip the line you gotta sit through the damn drive-through. This is ridiculous. I understand having to remodel, but you should make a way to have staff bring it out or just close the entire restaurant down for a month and get done and then go back to work. This pisses me off when I don’t have time for it. Do better Tri Arc

  I went through the drive-thru on 3/29 around 8pm and had a really frustrating experience. I ordered a 4pc Supreme dinner with fries, along with a Bo Sandwich combo. When I got to the window, I paid and received my drinks and food, but the Supreme box felt very light. After pulling away, I checked and realized it only had tenders and a biscuit — no fries. Since the store is under remodeling, I couldn’t go inside, so I had to get back in the drive-thru line. After waiting again, I explained politely that I had just come through and my order was missing fries. The employee told me, “As long as you have your receipt, we should be able to honor that,” which was funny considering it was their mistake, and also because I was maybe 5 orders ago... but okay sure, I still have the receipt... By the time I got back to the window, it had been over 20 minutes since my original order. The manager looked at my receipt, I showed her the incomplete box, and she handed me a small fry that was already sitting there. There was no apology, no acknowledgment of the inconvenience — just silence before she walked away. In total, it took 24 minutes from my original order just to receive fries that should have been included in the first place. The biscuit was dry, the fries were unseasoned, the drinks were mostly ice, and the overall attitude from staff felt dismissive and unfriendly. I was polite the entire time and said thank you, but the lack of basic customer service was disappointing. I rarely leave bad reviews, but this experience was bad enough that I don’t plan to return to this location again.

  This place has gone downhill. 20 minute drive thru waits just to get the wrong order three times in a row. They lock up the dining room at 9pm not 10pm as posted on store hours. Forced to sit in drive thru behind only 4 cars for 15-20 minutes and that's even before I got up to order screen. I got out moved those stupid cones and drove off. It's ridiculous for service to be so bad when it's the slowest part of the day.
