  Went to this subway tonight and as we got there the two ladies were helping this older lady and gentlemen. As the manager was being polite to the lady she asked what she would like today the lady was very rude and cussing the young ladies and the manager asked her not to be so rude and she would help her with what she would like to eat and the older lady still wanted to be rude to the manager so the manager asked her to leave since she was being so rude and yelling at the manager as me and my husband and two girls were standing there to witness this. The ladies were both very nice and respectful and they served us just fine without a problem.

  I placed a pick up order for 12:20pm today (November 30th) and I had ordered 2 footlong subs. First sub: standard chicken bacon RANCH. it was missing the ranch. No big deal, I have ranch at home and we aren’t very picky people at all. Second sub: sweet onion teriyaki. I’ll add a picture to this review and you can just see for yourself. (The veggies are on top of the closed bread??) I was in no rush and I am the type that would wait another 20 minutes with no complaints. Were they busy? Absolutely not. There was one customer in there eating and nobody behind me. Now the service, I walk in and say hello. Not greeted kindly. Both employees looked at me like I walked into their front door of their house as a stranger. One girl said “Picking up?” I said yes and my name. Then nothing else said to me at all. No “I’ll be right with you” Nothing. I was like “maybe they are just feeling blahhhh today. It’s rainy, it’s Sunday, nobody loves that combo. So I still just stood there before the second employee slid that bag of subs across the counter rude as heck! I still wished them both a happy holidays, told them to take care and blah blah blah. I got nothing back. Now, I have no interest in being treated like royalty LOL but come on.. can’t even greet the customers? So rude. If you hate your job, please consider finding another one.

  Ordered 2 subs and footling cookie when it was delivered it was missing the meat and cheese from one sub, they didn't toast the subs like I had ordered and they didn't even bother to send the cookie, I tried to call the store phone number and it was disconnected so I got a hold of Uber eats and they discounted me 12 dollars which covers the cookie and part of the sub but it's really aggravating, I will never order from this subway again
