Completed a survey, and received a text saying for the inconvenience, a free pizza would be added to my account. Today I called, the manager advised I would have a code to enter and if not to call back to get another number to call. Seriously, just wanted a pizza but going elsewhere. Get it together pizza hut of China Grove.

They still said nope, nothing showing. Daughter left. I called the store, questioned why my order, that I already PAID for was not showing up. Finally, I was told "oh I see it now". I tried to reach my daughter to see if she could go back. No answer. I called store back and requested it be delivered since I'm unable to drive. I literally live 1 mile away. Instead of saying sure, we screwed up, it'll be right there no charge, they decided to charge me for the delivery. Order canceled.
