I ordered the 2 piece dinner and was given undercooked chicken. It was bleeding onto my biscuit. Very gross and disgusting. I immediately told the employee who was near me, cleaning tables. He gathered the plate so fast so I wasn't able to get a photo. He started to bring me a new piece of chicken and a biscuit but I return the 2nd piece as well and requested a new meal. He handled the situation quickly and professionally... no hesitation or issue with me returning the food.
