We checked out with a cashier because we purchased wine, and after getting home we realized one of our items had been scanned and paid for but was never given to us. We had to drive all the way back to the store to retrieve it. The employee casually grabbed the item and handed it to us with one hand, saying “Here,” with no apology, no acknowledgment, nothing. Just the famous “Gen Z stare.” And there were 3 workers. They just simply stared at us. NO COMMUNICATION. Mistakes happen, but the complete lack of basic customer service and courtesy was disappointing. A simple apology would have made all the difference. This was not the level of professionalism we expected.

You have got to fix this!!!!! This time, we were sick with the flu, but we needed items, so I sent my husband, who was also sick, to the location I had chosen. However, I found out that he had to drive all the way across town to another location.
