  Since moving to Cherryville, I’ve been here 3 times. First two times were fine this third time though I was disgusted. I ordered 3 soft taco supremes and 1 beef burrito supreme. The woman assembling orders (an older African American woman) tried to correct me saying my order was correct when I know I ordered 3 soft taco supremes and 1 burrito supreme not 2 chalupas and 1 soft taco supreme. When she realized she was in fact wrong she wouldn’t let go of how they “misheard” me, which is fine but don’t the make me pay another $6 for what I originally ordered after paying $17 for the WRONG order. And the woman who I assume was the manager (middle aged white woman) had a terrible attitude.

  This location is not ran on efficiency. We decided to swing by for a quick bite. We pulled up to the drive thru, there were 4 cars in front of us. It’s been 26 minutes that we’ve waited in line so far. 2 of the cars in front of us have already left the line without placing an order. We placed our order online through the app and already paid, or else we would have already left the line. When we get to the drive-thru speaker the woman said through the speaker, “I do apologize but there’s only 2 of us for the entire store, it’ll be a long wait.” I told her we ordered through the app and we’d wait. She told us to pull forward. When we get to the window, she was very pleasant and professional. It’s not her fault that there’s only 2 workers. Whoever management is for this location needs to step up. Allowing a restaurant to run with only 2 workers at a time is a disgrace. Allowing the 2 workers to carry that burden is unacceptable.

  Waited in drive thru line for 40 minutes. The car directly in front of me, when they pulled to the window took them 16 minutes to get their food. Food was cold and barely assembled together. Will never come back to this location. After receiving my order their were 15 cars in line (rode back around just to count). 750 pm when I got in line. 840 when I pulled away.
